Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 2pm during the working week (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the next working day. Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
In the case of orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend they will not be processed or dispatched until the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Whilst we try our best to get orders delivered to you as quickly as possible there are some circumstances that are out of our control. This means that we are unable to guarantee 100% next day delivery in all cases. We ship our orders with Parcelforce Worldwide.

Reincoat Lite, Pro and Original are generously sized to allow for full range of movement and the option of layering. If you prefer a tighter fit, size down -1 size than your usual dress size.

Bought for dog walking and it is great, keeps me warm and completely dry. I got the lite version and glad I did, I would boil in the lined version. Size small is plenty big enough to layer up underneath and I'm a 14 on top, 16 on the bottom. Only slight niggle is that the hood is so enormous, even tightened up it will fall over my eyes eventually, however, it was designed to fit over a riding hat so that's not surprising
Haven’t actually worn my new Reincoat Lite. However, I have owned and loved my Reincoat Pro for the last 18 months and last spring was delighted to purchase the Reincoat Lite, which got me through the summer. Since wearing my Pro through the winter, my elder daughter has taken to wearing my Lite and I can’t get it back from her! Hence my recent purchase of another Lite!
I literally wear my Pro or Lite all the time. These coats are amazing, not just for wearing at the yard. I’m tall and have always struggled to find a long coat to keep me warm and dry. I wear mine for going to the yard, walking, for work…as a TA my Pro has kept me toasty on winter break duty. I even have non equine colleagues saying they wish they had one!
I can’t recommend these coats highly enough.
