Returns & Exchanges

We can offer a refund or exchange on items that are returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in a clean and unused condition, in the original packaging and have all of the tags intact. Proof of purchase must be available for us to process a refund. Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

Any items received in non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

If you have received an Reincoat as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly when returning.

We want you to be completely happy with your Reincoat purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the process below to ensure a smooth and efficient return.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.

Return Process:

  1.  Request an RMA:

    • Contact our customer support team at help@reincoat.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue you an RMA number along with return instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Ensure the item is clean, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Send Your Return:

    • Once you have received your RMA, you can send your item to the return address provided.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
  4. Processing Your Refund or Exchange:

    • Returns are processed within 10 working days of arriving at our warehouse.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
    • If you requested an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement as soon as your return has been processed.


Important Information

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in a sellable condition. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
  • Faulty or incorrect items – If your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us at help@reincoat.co.uk before returning it. We will provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
  • If you purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to return the item directly to them, as we cannot process retailer returns.
